STEP 07 | supply water pressure

The feed water pressure shall be applied in a range of 0.5 und 5.0 bar 

 NOTE 2In case of low pressure or sample taking from an open system a feed pump is necessary.

The feed pump can be synchronized via the potential free signal output at terminals 5-6  [water passing/monitoring ON]
The output is active if an analysis is in procceeding and the device is rinsed [internal soplenoid valve is open]

Attach the ball valve supplied with the equipment, to the sample water collecting point.
Then, attach tube joint to the ball valve.

[2] 
Cut the feed-water tube, 6 mm dia. (1/4"), came with the equipment, to the length required for the installation, and firmly inserts the end into the tube joint.

Cut the drain-water tube, 8 mm dia. (5/16") supplied with the equipment, to the length required for drainage.

[2] 
Firmly insert one end of the drain-water tube into the cylindrical part *) at the bottom of the equipment.
Run the other end into a drain ditch.
* )  The tube is held in the flexible cylindrical part of the discharge nozzle by force closure.

 

NOTE 2always lead the drain hose open to the atmosphere into an open channel
do not make a siphon in the drain hose
do not build up any back pressure in the drain hose

Please mount the supplied temperature sensor at a suitable point in the sample water line.
